James
Moran joined Maher Williams in 1992. He has devoted his practice exclusively to workers' compensation matters.
Jim routinely handles hearings and appeals at the Appellate and Supreme Court.
Jim is a frequent lecturer
on topics relating to the Connecticut Workers' Compensation Act and developing case law. He has been asked to testify
as an expert witness in civil matters regarding workers' compensation issues. He is a former member of the Executive
Committee of the Connecticut Bar Association Workers' Compensation Section. Jim has been recognized by his peers
as a New England Super Lawyer* in the practice area of workers' compensation.
